Go to Account and locate teammate / member invitations (labelling varies slightly). Enter the colleague’s email and choose whether they get the entire workspace or only selected projects.
Scope: all websites vs subset
Scoped invites explicitly list accessible websites after the user signs up. Full workspace access includes every current and future project—confirm that matches your security policy before sending.
Tips
Resend invites before they expire; expired tokens must be minted again.
