Terms of Service

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Bloom SEO ("Bloom", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. Our service is accessible at bloomseo.app and app.bloomseo.app.

By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. The service

Bloom provides a software platform that:

Audits websites for SEO issues and produces ranked, plain-English task lists.
Tracks keyword rankings and analyses competitor gaps using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 APIs.
Generates readable SEO reports.
Optionally connects you with Bloom's specialist team to fulfil SEO tasks on your behalf ("Hand-to-Bloom" or "Done-for-you" service).

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bloomseo.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use Bloom.

4. Free tier

Bloom provides a free tier that allows you to connect one website at no charge, with no trial period and no credit card required. The free tier is provided as-is and we reserve the right to adjust its features over time with reasonable notice.

5. Paid subscriptions

Additional websites beyond your first are billed at the published rate (currently $25/site/month). Volume discounts apply at 20+ sites. Billing is monthly and in advance. By adding a site, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you remove the site or cancel your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours. We do not store your card details.

Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time by removing sites from your account. No partial-month refunds are provided unless required by law.

6. Hand-to-Bloom service

The Hand-to-Bloom service allows you to pay a per-task fee to have Bloom's specialist team complete a specific SEO task. By initiating a payment you agree to:

Pricing - the price displayed at checkout (currently $39/task, $25/task when you purchase 10+ tasks in one checkout on any project). Volume pricing is applied automatically.
Delivery - tasks are fulfilled within the number of working days stated at checkout. This is a target, not a guarantee. Complex tasks may take longer.
No refunds after fulfilment - once a task has been completed and delivered, payment is non-refundable. If work has not yet started, contact us within 24 hours to cancel.
Access requirements - where a task requires access to your website, you are responsible for providing valid credentials and ensuring our team can complete the work within the agreed timeframe.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bloom to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Analyse or target websites you do not own or have explicit permission to analyse.
Attempt to manipulate search engine rankings through deceptive, spammy, or otherwise prohibited practices.
Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Bloom platform.
Share your account credentials with third parties (use workspace invites instead).
Use the service to build a competing product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

8. Intellectual property

Bloom's IP - the platform, software, design, and all content created by Bloom (including audit logic, task templates, and reports generated by our systems) are owned by or licensed to Bloom SEO. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Your data - you retain ownership of all content you provide (website data, credentials, notes). By using Bloom, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

9. Availability and modifications

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or modify features. For significant changes that materially reduce the core service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law:

Bloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, rankings, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Bloom does not guarantee specific search ranking outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by English law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us or other users.

On termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted, except where we are required to retain it by law. You may export your data at any time while your account is active.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account before they take effect.
